This was going to be a long inspirational talk about training and how most golfers do not practice correctly. Those of you who have trained with us lately know what we’re talking about.

The golf ball presents a problem which requires special forms of training in order for your golf swing to change….there is no other way excluding shock therapy!

Your golf swing is stored in your sub-conscious memory and it’s hard wired to run like a computer program.  Want to change it? Want to change the outcome of those golf shots that annoy you?  You better get trained properly, otherwise it’s just gambling.

In order for any skill to hold up on the golf course it must be overlearned. That means “a fundamental or skill which is so well trained that it will be correctly executed under stress without conscious thought.”
