Week number two is complete of my project to use “muscle memory” retraining to change my golf swing. This week I replaced one drill with a new one for posture and pivot training along with limited ball striking so as not to add interference to the drills.
The three drills for motor “relearning” are for specific movements related to the right elbow and pivot.
Reps completed: 5,425 for the week.
Effort is made with each repetition to give close attention to making the correct movements at relatively slow speed. I can feel that my body is becoming more used to the movements with less muscle soreness than last week.
